Every September, Florence becomes a meeting point for some of the most exciting voices in contemporary perfumery. This year, Scentologia returns to Pitti Fragranze, bringing with us a new chapter, a new collection, and a new experiment: Nitro Musk.
Our journey at Pitti began in 2024. Since then, the exhibition has become an important moment for us to share our latest creations, exchange ideas with the fragrance community, and introduce more people to the world of Scentologia.
What is Pitti Fragranze?
To those wondering about this exhibition, Pitti Fragranze is an international exhibition dedicated to artistic and niche perfumery, bringing together fragrance houses, perfumers, buyers, distributors, press, content creators, and fragrance enthusiasts from around the world.
Pitti creates a space for discovering what is next in perfumery. New fragrances are introduced, creative ideas are exchanged, and some of the industry's most established names meet its newest voices.
For a house like Scentologia, built around the intersection point between art and science, it is exactly the kind of environment in which we want to be in.
Where does it happen?
Pitti Fragranze takes place at the historic Stazione Leopolda in Florence, Italy, transforming the former railway station into a destination dedicated to scent, creativity, and discovery.
The 24th edition will take place from September 11–13, bringing the international fragrance community back to Florence for three days of new launches, conversations, events, and olfactory experiences.
This year's theme is CURA which explores the curiosity, research, attention, and creative process that exist behind creation. It is an idea that naturally resonates with Scentologia, especially Nitro Musk, where experimentation and the constant search for what’s new remain at the heart of what we do.
Why Pitti Fragranze?
For us, participating in Pitti goes beyond presenting bottles on a stand. Fragrance needs to be experienced and Pitti gives us the opportunity to place our creations directly into the hands of the people who shape and celebrate modern perfumery. It allows us to speak with retailers and distributors, exchange perspectives with industry professionals, meet content creators, and most importantly, see how people respond to our fragrances in real time.
This Year, Florence Meets Nitro Musk
Taking center stage at our booth for 2026 is Nitro Musk, the first from Scentologia's new [Ne]on Collection. Nitro Musk introduces a new interpretation of musk built around contrast, diffusion, and transformation. It opens with a cool, crystalline freshness before gradually revealing a warmer, radiant musky trail as it develops on the skin. Its composition brings together lily of the valley, bergamot and heliotrope at the top; jasmine, orange flower and peony at the heart; and musk, vetiver and ambroxan at the base.
Innovation also plays an important role in the creation. Nitro Musk uses IFF LIVINGS™ Technology, an advanced Headspace method that captures the scent of living materials without altering them, reinforcing our care for the environment. Heliotrope and lily of the valley are captured through this process, preserving their natural olfactive character.
But Nitro Musk is not simply something we want visitors to smell on a blotter, we want them to have the unique experience that happens on their unique skin’s identity.
