2. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Scentologia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we are unable to fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where indicated.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is complete and correct. Scentologia cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned except where required by applicable law.

All content appearing on the Scentologia website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging, texts, videos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Scentologia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scentologia will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such circumstances result from events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, or other force majeure events.
