Where We Ship
Products purchased through the Scentologia website can currently be delivered to the following countries:
Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
GCC:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
North America:
Canada and the United States.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before confirming your order. Scentologia cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time for all destinations is generally between two (2) and eight (8) working days from order confirmation.
In all cases, the maximum delivery period is fifteen (15) working days from confirmation of your order, subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Where a signature is required, the parcel will be delivered against signature. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may provide instructions regarding redelivery or collection.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Scentologia's reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unexpected disruptions.
If we become aware of a significant change to the expected delivery period, we will inform you using the contact details provided with your order.
Where applicable, you may accept the revised delivery date or request cancellation of the affected order.
If an order is validly cancelled due to a significant delivery delay, any amount already paid for the cancelled products, including applicable delivery charges where required, will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and the value of your order.
These charges are determined by the local authorities and are not controlled by Scentologia. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Prices
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm and complete your purchase.
